What else we can do

Design

We can help as much or as little as you require with the design of your project. We will often get involved pre-planning where we can recommend and oversee the architectural and planning stages.  Likewise, if there is already an outline of a plan and or planning has been achieved we can review and optimise before the project develops further. 

 

We are often best placed to find the sweet spot in a design between the main brief, cost and ease of planning not to mention improving saleability/GDV on speculative projects as seasoned developers ourselves.

Planning

Seeking planning permission can be a complicated and frustrating experience in this part of the world. 

 

With our experience of achieving successful outcomes time and again in Tewkesbury borough, Cotswold District, Whychavon District, West Oxfordshire and Stratford Districts we can guide and advise you, along with our planning consultant partners, to find the best and quickest route to getting your project off the drawing board and into the construction phase.

Project Management

As a main contractor and often principal designer we are used to the responsibility and demands of managing multiple sites of varying size and complexity.  It is one of the main reasons we keep to a tight geographical area and never take on more work than we can handle-however tempting. 

 

Because of this our managers remain in control of costs and schedules while maintaining excellent service to the client and delivering a safe and happy working environment for our employees and sub-contractors. 

 

For larger sites full time in house site managers will be placed, often for the entire duration of a project, for maximum continuity.  Everything is over seen by your first point of contact and Company Director, Will Down.

MY ARTICLES

Aftercare

We know our reputation, particularly for aftercare, is key to our past, present and future success.  Whether it be new home owners in our own developments, a client now living in their finished dream home or the end user of a client's development aftercare is the key to maintaining the good will and confidence our customers and buyers have come to expect. 

 

For up to two years any and all issues relating to our workmanship or materials used will be resolved with an immediate response once notified.  Our standard 10 year NHBC warranty on all our own new builds puts buyers' minds at rest for the longer term. Our in house team of tradesmen mean there won't be a drawn out period of organising who does what and who is at fault, you call, we resolve.
